Photographers

We all know after September 11, 2001 the entire world changed but no profession or hobby has been such negatively affected than photography. Police, security guards and federal law enforcement personnel are stepping all over photographer’s rights. Sometimes doing illegals searches and seizures of photographers, confiscating their memory cards, forcing them to delete photos and even arrest. This has to stop and the only way it can stop is by knowing your rights as a photographer and knowing when to say no. Now I am not a lawyer or attempting giving you any specific legal advice, I am just showing you want has worked for me and for others during my many years as a freelance photojournalist.  I want to share with my fellow photographers links, resources and videos that can help them know their rights as a photographer and avoid being arrested.

Over the years I have compiled lots of resources, links and products that have been extremely helpful and have helped me avoid being arrested for photography. I hope that this Photographer’s Rights Toolkit that I have compiled will be something that will help you be a better informed photographer and help you be better informed as you stick up for your rights.

I am making my personal collection of resources available to you at no charge and you can recieve it instantly.

All you have to do is enter your name below and an email address where I can send the download link to and you are all set!
